As usual on Monday 17th December 2018 all timesheets should be submitted no later than 12 noon for payment to reach your account on Friday 21st December.
Timesheets for shifts covered between Monday 17th and Wednesday 19th December need to be submitted no later than 9am on Thursday 20th December. The payment for these timesheets will reach your account on Monday 24th December.
Timesheets for shifts covered between Thursday 20th and Wednesday 26th December need to be submitted no later than 9am on Thursday 27th December. The payment for these timesheets will reach your account on Monday 31st December.
Timesheet for shift covered between Thursday 27th and Sunday 30th December need to be submitted no later than 9am on Monday 31st December. The payment for these timesheets will reach your account on Friday 4th January 2019.
(There can be no exceptions – Any timesheets received after 9am will be processed the following payroll run.)
Timesheets submissions from Monday 7th January 2019 will return to normal with the deadline of no later than 12noon on Mondays with payments reaching your account on the Friday of the same week.
Please note, all timesheets:
1.Must be submitted using 24-hour clock
2.Must be signed by a permanent staff member of the service you are working at (it is your responsibility to submit a signed timesheet. Due to the tight timescales, payroll do not have the time or resources to chase signatures on your behalf.) Any timesheets that are received without a signature from the client will not be processed, there will be no exceptions.
3.Should be sent as an attachment on an email rather than including in the body of the email. We have noticed a high volume of timesheets being sent in the body of the email, however, this makes it extremely difficult to view and print the timesheets for processing. From January 2019 any timesheets that are received in the body of the email will not be accepted or processed.
